Nanjing City Planning Exhibition Center showcases the glories of Nanjing past and present. It also displays the blue print for the future of the city. The Center consists of four stories with three floors above the ground and one underground. Visitors can see on the main floor exhibitions of the city’s achievements in urban planning, education, technological innovation, business and public welfare projects. There are also displays of local cultural heritage and art works. On the second floor is the exhibition hall on the history of Nanjing spanning over 2500 years. The planning hall on the third floor outlines Nanjing’s future as planned.
