Jiangsu Centre for the Performing Arts, also known as the Jiangsu Grand Theatre, is the largest performing arts centre project in China and the largest theater complex in Asia. From the sky, the complex looks like lotus petals floating in an ecological green field, symbolizing the water theme of the province.

Covering an area of about 200,000 square meters, Jiangsu Centre for the Performing Arts includes six performing halls: a 2,300-seat opera house, a 1,500-seat a concert hall, a 1,000-seat drama theatre, and a 3,000-seat conference hall (can be used for variety shows) and two small conference halls with sufficient space for opera, ballet, drama, symphony, and large-scale variety performances.
