Hongshan Forest Zoo

Covering an area of 68.4 hectares, the  Hongshan Forest Zoo is a comprehensive park  with the four major functions of entertainment, animal knowledge popularization, scientific and  technological research and wildlife conservation. It is also home to a national wild animal  protection science education base and the  Jiangsu Wildlife Rescue Center.

Built in 1998,  it combines the former Xuanwu Lake Zoo and  Hongshan Park. It is home to over 3,000 rare animals representing some 280 species. There are  representative animals from around the world.  In addition, there is also a children’s petting zoo,  ecological science popularization museum and  children’s playground and so on. Happy Water Cube Water Park
